Ltd. who has made great strides in creating Clean Environment through its Technology in the field of Eco friendly fuel energy sector i.e., LPG and PROPANE, have now ventured into another Environment Friendly Green Field Technology, A Non- Renewable Energy segment of Solar Power Generation System.


Government of India has launched Jawaharlal Nehru National Solar Mission (JNNSM) under the brand 'Solar India'. The Mission has set a target of 20,000 MW including grid connected solar Energy by 2021-22. We are already working in energy sector since last 15 years, wish to contribute in this mission. Design and Engineering

Eco Fuel will design a proper capacity and size of the Solar Panel system, after ascertaining the average consumption of Electrical power (to be verified from the current electricity bill), including the number of Panels, Mounting structure, Inverter capacity etc.

Supply and Installation

Eco-Fuel will arrange supply of the solar Panels and other equipments, cables, structural material etc. as designed by them, at the Doorstep of the customer, and will do the erection and installation of the entire system equipment.

Testing and Commissioning

Eco-Fuel will carryout the necessary testing and then finally commission the solar power Generation system, including connecting the net metering system to the grid in close coordination with the Local Power distribution company.

Solar Power

This is generating Direct Current from the sun’s rays. This D/C current is carried by a conduit to an inverter/ battery, which converts the D/C power to A/C for use in homes and business.

On Grid Solar Power System

As the grid interactive solar system is installed in homes, it is required to replace the current power meter with net metering. It is a two way meter which measure power going to both directions- from the grid to your house and your house to the grid. The grid-tie inverter regulates the voltage and protects your appliances. With the help of inverter, DC power is converted to AC to run appliances. It also synchronizes the phase and frequency of the power in order to fit the utility grid which needs 60 Hz. It regulates to transfer the access power to the grid.

Off Grid Solar Power System

This system is designed with to take care battery charging and regulate the power supply by convert DC power to AC power and also make use of solar power in optimum way.
"Off-grid” just means a residential or commercial building in rural area that is not connected to the utility grid or In absence of sun the inverter will depending energy consumption, use energy solely from batteries. While these facilities are often designed to be more energy-efficient and sustainable than conventional designs, there is no requirement in the term “off grid” that makes them so. In fact, a building that is “off grid” can be just as much of a power hog as a regular building, and use a gasoline- powered generator for all of their electric needs.

Hybrid Solar Power System

A Hybrid solar photovoltaic system is a combination of solar & grid power technology to take the most advantages. If the energy produced via PV arrays is enough for household consumption, the inverter will use pv energy and charge the surplus to battery. Likewise, if consumption exceeds pv energy the inverter will take extra energy from the utility grid. In absence of sun the inverter will depending energy consumption, use energy solely from batteries or take energy from utility grid.

Solar panel

We supplied PV modules in different ranges varying form 6 volts to 24volts depending on end customer's requirement. Similarly, the capacity of each module varies from 3Watts to 320Watts based on end application. Silicon is mounted beneath non-reflective glass to produce photovoltaic (PV) panels that collect photons from the sun and convert them into DC electrical power. Every module is ready for mounting, and all parts, from the frame to the junction box, are designed for easy and inexpensive system integration.





Solar water pump

A solar water pump has a mini power house at its heart and consists of a calibrated and matching solar array of modules – tuned with the equivalent power of pump for that particular application. The solar water pumping system is capable of running all types of electrical water pumps with applications varying from irrigation to household demands. Irrigation pumps such as submersible, surface or deep well can also be coupled with drip irrigation systems to enhance the returns from this configuration. A typical solar water pumping system is known by the sum total of solar array size that is required to run the attached pump.

Solar water heater

Working of the System Evacuated Tube Collector work on "twin glass tube" technology. The Sun's rays fall on the evacuated tubes panel which collects the radiations & converts them into heat energy. The solar heat energy thus collected is used to heat the water passing through the tubes. A temperature difference is created the hot water with low specific gravity rises up & the cold water comes down.(Thermo siphoning Principal)The hot water is then stored in insulated tank above & from there, it is distributed to required end points for bathing, washing, cleaning, etc.

Solar street light

LSolar Photovoltaic Street Light is a standalone Solar Photovoltaic System, having an energy efficient 11W / 18W Compact Fluorescent light providing illumination equivalent to 75W / 100W incandescent light bulb. The stand alone street light is equipped with a high efficiency battery, provide more lighting time. The system does not require any external power supply. The Solar Light is safe for public use as it employs low (12V DC) Voltage power. The street light has an Auto On/Off Dusk to Dawn facility.

Frequently Asked Questions

In a solar rooftop system, the solar panels are installed in the roof of any residential, commercial, institutional and industrial buildings. i.e. Solar Rooftop System.
In grid connected rooftop or small SPV system, the DC power generated from SPV panel is converted to AC power using power conditioning unit and is fed to the grid either of 33 kV/11 kV three phase lines or of 440/220 Volt three/single phase line depending on the capacity of the system installed at institution/commercial establishment or residential complex and the regulatory framework specified for respective States. These systems generate power during the day time which is utilized fully by powering captive loads and feed excess power to the grid as long as grid is available. In case, where solar power is not sufficient due to cloud cover etc., the captive loads are served by drawing power from the grid.
A 1 kW rooftop system generally requires 12 sq. metres (130 square feet) of flat, shadow-free area (preferably south-facing). Actual sizing, however, depends also on local factors of solar radiation and weather conditions and shape of the roof.
The grid connected rooftop system can work on net metering basis wherein the beneficiary pays to the utility on net meter reading basis only. Alternatively two meters can also be installed to major the export and import of power separately. The mechanism based on gross metering at mutually agreed tariff can also be adopted.
In feed-in-tariff the Government offers a tariff for purchase of the solar power generated from such plants. After one year Electricity Board Pay you for your solar system generated total export energy As per that time tariff.
